Blank QSO frequency field using IC705

I'm using an IC705 and have encountered the blank tx/rx frequency fields when logging a QSO. After seeing the perplexed faces in the RSGB Tonight@8 video on Log4om, I thought a clarification may help others and yourselves to understand and solve the problem. Looking into more detail, I found it occurs when operating using the rig on a memory slot. If I copy the details of that memory slot to VFO A or B on the rig and run from VFO, then the QSO fields are properly populated. It seems that memory operation is not being detected by Log4om and this is blocking frequency readout somehow. I'm using the latest version Log4OM, on Windows 10 (updated) on a tablet PC in standard 'desktop' mode. Usually I use the rig VFO on HF and its memories on VHF/UHF, which is how I first noticed the oddity. IC705 firmware & driver are also the latest from ICOM website.

Hamlib or Omnirig?

Which versions of the above?

What Log4OM version number?

Apologies, I should have been more specific on the versions, so:
Log4om v2.23.0.0
Omnirig: v1.20, using already defined IC705 entry
Windows 10: Home v10.0.19044
Using USB link to the IC705, ICOM driver v1.1.2.6
IC705 firmware: v1.27

I hope this is sufficient?

OK first please update to 2.24.0.0 of Log4OM although that will have no effect on the memory/display issue it contains significant changes

Secondly Omnirig (Not Log4OM) rarely handles memory frequencies, perhaps speak to Alex of Omnirig about that!
