connecting log4om across LAN

I have my ham pc connected to my 7300 running win4icom, and jtdx and GT if I'm running digital. Is it possible to have log4om run on another pc and still get all the data across the LAN? Data meaning UDP.

I actually have Log4OM running in a virtual machine on my server and grid tracker just sends all the data to that. all you need to do is specify the IP address that the recipient machine is on in whatever program is sending the data and make sure that port is open on the other end in the firewall etc.
