This feature request is specific to TCI protocol being used by SunSDR radios. LOG4OM v2 2.25 being used here.
Each time EESDR3 is restarted for whatever reason, LOG4OM CAT goes offline. Once EESDR3 is restarted, LOG4OM does not automatically reconnect CAT until one does it manually from "Connect --> CAT --> Start CAT" menu which I forget to do more than I want to admit.
The feature request is to incorporate "UDP callback port" in the LOG4OM TCI configuration. LOG4OM will then continuously 'ping' this port and once EESDR3 is started/available, LOG4OM will re-connect to CAT on its own without op intervention. SDC by UT4LW does the same and it works quite well.
