only export new qsos

hi all
I checked but i couldnt find it in the manual (unless im blind and missed it which i may have done)
Is there a way to export to ADIF ONLY NEW QSOs since the last export date?
IE, lets say i exported an adif on new years day and now i've made a good number of contacts, but i didnt remember i exported on new years. is there a way to only upload those qsos that were not there since new years day ?
