Operational Issues with V 2.26.0.0

As usual, I downloaded the latest version of Log4OM as I have done for years without issue. The current version is continuously locking- even when no other programs are running. Anyone else having this problem?
I tried reloading, didn't help (I did not attempt to take remove v 2.26.0.0 from the hard drive.)
Running Win 11. Any thoughts on a solution?
