Logging when Using Multiple Remote Stations

I live in an antenna-restricted, noisy location, and operating has been almost a chore the past seven years. I read the article about Remote Ham Radio in the latest QST and am giving it a try.
Since I may be using a station in Colorado, New York, Georgia, or other locations from day to day, how does that work with Log4OM when logs are submitted to eQSL, LOTW, etc? If I just upload a contact normally, the other station will get credit for working me in Florida when my operating location was actually another state.
Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks, Rick, KQ4Y
