why are my alerts no longer working? if you have any idea thank you

please note that DIGITAL is rised only when the spot is in the DIGITAL area of the bandplan, and FT8 is triggered only when FT8 is typed on the comment field OR the qso is in the FT8 specific frequency.
Do you have a screen of the SPOT not identified as alert from Log4OM?

I think that's my problem when the stations are not in the right band plan. Thank you for watching. I didn't take a screenshot but if it happens again I'll take a screenshot.

Only will trigger when in the correct band slot or had FT4, FT8 in comments field

i should check, but if i remember correctly, spots are indicated in the YOUR bandplan, as answering outiside your bandplan is a bad practice.
For those stations, very rare, the suggestion is always to alert the whole callsign (you will not receive so many reports from it) eventually on a specific band
