Hi everyone
When I receive a QSL I enter its data, including the "award references." Strangely I noticed that for WAIP (Italian provinces) sometimes I can choose the WAIP from the list of award refs. and sometimes the WAIP is not in the list (see attached photos of an example with WAIP and one without WAIP). Why does this happen and how can I solve the problem?

Terry,
WAIP recognized: e.g. IK2REA, IK6BAK, IV3GOS, IV3WMS
WAIP not recognized: e.g. IV3WMS, IK3MLF
Just discovered: I did not type O... the same call, worked on a band (2m) is recognized with WAIP, same call not recognized with WAIP (80m). Any hint, where to find out why it behaves this way?

Perhaps that band is not allowed for award, have you checked?

nope, the bands are the usual ones. Never got something odd like this from other users?

I am not at home so can't check, so until I return check in award manager and see if 80 meters is checked
