If your refering to the image downloaded from the on line lookup that resembles a QSL card? - just click on it for a larger view

Stefano,
The size of the QRZ.com provided image is dependent upon what size of image the OM has uploaded to QRZ.com for their personal profile.
Some are huge images and some are not. Thus the resulting change in the pop-up via Log4OM.
