Please refer to the image capture (screen shot) of my problem. I worked and was granted DXCC for TX5N, which is Austral Islands, DXCC 508. Yet, the Awards status for DXCC shows that this callsign is granted under DXCC Entity 159, Maldives. This is clearly wrong. The log entry is correct.

How do I fix such problems?
