Errors in [ country.xml ] - file

There are two mistakes in the country.xml - file:

1) Curacao PJ2 (the current one, NOT the deleted) is in CQzone 9, NOT in 8.
2) Maldives 8Q is on continent AS, NOT on AF.

I correct these two every update manually, but it should be convenient
if the repository gets corrected
