Gridsquare contacted

Post by F6FLU »

I would like to look at the contacted locators on 6M for example

I select "DXCC" for the award then I empty the 6M band and I get the list of DXCCs contacted in 6M but in the table the locator is never filled in and if I click only one DXCC to get the details I see although my QSOs are well recorded with the locator field filled in
Is there a way to see for example the Locators contacted in 6M and display the corresponding map?
THANKS

Why are you not using the DXCC predefined 6m config from the drop down menu?

Good morning
well because it's exactly the same thing

If I choose 6m from the drop down menu we still don't see the Locators
Same no matter what choice you make.

Another example :
I want to see the locators of the QSOs performed on 17M in CW
In DXCC I choose "Award filter" then "Valid bands" I tick 17M
then in "Emission" I check CW
and I confirm with the "Refresh" button

Log4OM never displays the Grid Square and if I click on the icon at the bottom right in the shape of a globe to display the map, I get the map with all my QSOs made on 17M in CW whereas we cannot see not the Grid Squares displayed in the list

Appologies, I miss read your posts!

What you refer to is the display of the Grid Square 'References' both in the Award Statistics matriz column and superimposed on the graphical square on the map.

I will add this to mantis, thank you for your vigilence and patience

Dan,
I spoke to Lele about this and this was his response:........
A single DXCC will have dozen to hundreds of locators... what it's expected to be shown???

The locator field is intended for awards where references have specific locators, but locators on DXCC statistics are a non sense...

Why not filter DXCC = xyz, band = 6m and use the normal grids to show QSO's grids?

DXCC award is not working with locators, so that info is not available in the award area
However I had another thought why not use the view/statistics - Grid statistics where you can filter by band, mode and confirmation status

Once filtered you have the choice to export an Excel spreadsheet, produce a Google Earth Map showing the squares and grid references, even with connecting lines if you wish, or just a plain map with the filtered squares displayed

Hi folks,

Is there a way / method within Log4OM to see how many gridlocators have been worked on a specific band?

Thanks already (y)
