Updating Contest File

I was dialing around and heard a contests I hadn't heard of, the IARU Youngsters on the Air (YOTA) contest. So I looked in Contest mode and couldn't find it. Which brings up the question how do we update the contest file for new contests? I see how to update a lot of the critical files like countries or the POTA and IOTA files, but didn't see anywhere to get an updated Contest file. Is it easy enough just to add one? It seems contest exchange, etc might make it more difficult than just add a row.
