Award view DXCC Challenge not working

Using 2.28.0.8
The DXCC Challenge config "Wkd not cfmd" does not show all the DXCC slots where one band may be credit granted but others are just worked.

All I see is DXCCs that are worked but not confirmed or validated on any band.

So it's not examining/showing ALL of the band slots that are just worked.

Challenge gives the same view as Mixed. So band-checks in Challenge config are exclusive instead of inclusive.
