Working 10M FT8. If you look at the picture I'm on 28.074. The red arrow is pointing to the band map and it would appear that no one is on 28.074 however the frequency is very active.

What about the filters available on the Band Map Panel under the button to the right of the padlock?

There are some options there that might impact that.
