Log4OM

Hello,
I have been using Log4om with my IC-7300 for a long time and with great satisfaction. I recently purchased Win4icom and had to adjust the port settings with the com0com software package. As a result, I also adjusted the port on Omni-rig. Everything works and I am satisfied with it, but there is 1 problem.

If I use Log4om separately, without Win4icom, it sees the wrong port and the CAT does not work properly. Then I have to switch the port back to my original port on my IC-7300 in Omni-rig.
Is it possible to make an adjustment to this? I would like to hear from you.
