Errors in country.xml

For some time now there are some errors/mistakes in
the country file and I have reported this before.
So far the file remains erroneous and I keep editing it
every time there is an update (which I cannot suppress..)
Errors still present:
Curacao PJ2 is in CQzone 9, NOT in 8.
Yemen 7O is in CQzone 21 AND in CQzone 37 (and on
two continents as well, but the countryfile does not
provide this option).

Is there a way the general database gets updated,
OR is there a way to suppress the automatic update?
