Log4OM

I know most DXers have their list memorized, but I'm 83 and it ain't happening.
I periodically use N3FJP to make a paper list of the 150 or so I still need. And then forget where I put it.
How about some tips on improving this.
I'm only interested in WORKED & CONFIRMED and for ONLY 1 band.
Including the FASTEST way to check with Log4OM for a specific call.
