Sometimes in the day-to-day use of a product, whether a software application, a radio, a lawn mower, or an automobile, we are inclined to contact the "vendor" only when we have a problem. (And sometimes the "problem" doesn't even exist, as I proved to myself on this very forum today!).
But we don't so often say "thank you" when a product does what we expect and without any fuss and bother.
Even less often do we thank the PEOPLE who support the product in a polite and professional manner.
The "support staff" of Log4OM are among the best in this hobby, among the two or three "firms" which come to mind who "exceed expectations".
