Greetings.. I have been using this logging software for awhile now and love it. The other day when I brought it up though, the window says it's OFFLINE?? I've been running it with WSJT/JTAlert with no problems up until now. The rig is a FT-991A. The OS is WIn11. This has been the setup all along. I have tried another CAT cable, no joy. I posted this on the QRZ forum and it was suggested that this forum might be a better way to go. So I would appreciate any of your thoughts.
Thanks,
John

I found that omnirig was much more reliable but I guess you have it set up in a different way to that reccomended in our user guide, please explain in detail

Re: Log4om offline
Have you checked the hamlib settings are the same and what happens if you just run your radio and log4om - no other software running?

Tried it alone, no joy. The Hamlib settings should be the same I would think since I didn't change them. I think I have poltergeist here .Hi

Re: Log4om offline
Sometimes a Windows update changes port settings ensure the com port in hamlib matches that used by the rig
