GPS Grid Calc

Since I am migrating over to using Log4OM as my primary POTA logger, it would be nice to have a way to use a GPS to automatically change the grid (based on whatever park location I am at)

Would this be possible? Someplace (and I intend to find it shortly) I had a script that would do so for WSJT. Maybe it would be possible to use the same script (or at least parts of it) to make this work?
