I try to stay on top of changes to the user manual so that I'll always have the current version. Still sometimes the specific information I'm looking for isn't there.
But the what if that information I can't find is added later in a revision? How would I know?
Something that would be helpful would be to devote a page in the manual to stating what revisions had been added in each update. Sort of a "release notes" for the user manual document, if you will. This could serve as a trigger to go back and check something that we didn't find previously. Even just a list of pages modified would be helpful.
This would certainly take some time, but it might possibly help offset the wear and tear of responding to individual posts with "RTM" messages. Just a thought.
"Release Notes" for updated user manual?

Generally speaking the user guide is updated for the changes in each release so when downloading a release also update your user guide
