Log4OM

I switched to non-administrator mode a while back and all was fine.
But now it fails to shutdown. I can kill it with the icon on the taskbar, however.

Another minor issue is a runtime error if I forget to start omnirig first. Easy to fix.

I switched back to administrator mode and shutdown works again.
But this adds back the nuisance of having to OK startup in admin mode.

Any suggestions ?

I followed the note by K5IO about the confirmations and even tho they were showing the proper yes/no I went thru each and save it again and it closes down normally again.
