QRZ query bug (ignores timeframe)

I mentioned this in https://forum.log4om.com/viewtopic.php?p=47134#p47134 but got no replies and moving it here to error reports in hopes that somebody can take a look.
The above is a screenshot of when QSL Manager Download totally ignores the prior last download date (day before) or Received Since and just pulls everything. And you can see in the first line that the query has no time window. In turn, it pulls (in my case) several thousand records.
This doesn't seem to happen if I upload first and then download. It doesn't seem to matter if Log4OM2 is shut down and restarted in between or just left running. Somehow it seems to forget its marbles when it comes to last download.
Anyone else seen this weirdness? Known bug?
