HI all,
new to Log4OM2
I'm using IC7800 via omnirig, there are three config files for 7800 , which one and when should each be used ?
I tried 7800-data and CW is switched to CW-R while data is switched to simple USB and not USB-D
Suggestions ?
Thanks.

IC-7800.ini if you have not got latest IC7800 firmware installed in radio - No second VFO display!
IC-7800V3.ini for all SSB and CW if you have latest IC7800 firmware installed
IC-7800v3-Data.ini For data modes only and with latest IC7800 firmware

Thank you Terry,
Is there a way to merge a single file for all modes ? (I suppose it would have already been done..).
What's the limitation ?

Federico,
You would have to reach out to Alex Shovkoplyas - ve3nea. He is the developer of OmniRig and a number of other ham radio related APPs.
We have no control over the development of the many rig ini files.
I would also take a guess that there are reasons for having the discreet ini files due to their functions being addressed, but ... Alex would have to answer such.
This URL goes to the Omnirig section of Alex's website for all his APPs:

Ciao Fredrico,
No its not possible to merge the two files due to the format of Omnirig, its quiet an old probram now.
However its still faster to change rig ini files than changing menus on the radio so there is some benefit.
