Im using JTDX with JTAlert. When a contact is automatically logged i get a pop up box saying LOG4OM V2 SQLite unable to to confirm QSO logged. Even though it does appear in the log. How can i deal with this please?

Been asked many times and usually its because the time setting in JT needs extending

Are the QSO's logged to Log4OM?

Its in the JT menu but I dont recall exactly where, when you find it set it to something like 5 mins

In the JTAlret main window, go to Settings - Manage Settings - Logging. Under "Check QSO Log Record", increase the time until you find what works for you. In my case, 5 seconds works fine. You might need a longer time.

73.

Thankyou.
Unfortunately I still have the same problem.
I note that I cant get pstrotator to work with LOG4OM so I'm wondering if this is a UDP problem with my PC. But UDP is a bit of a mystery to me and I'm unsure how to sort it out.

Logging from JTAlert is direct to the sqlite file so should not be affected.

Where is your log file stored?

What did you set the time interval to, was it the maximum permitted?

Log is in Dropbox - Could that be the problem?
I set the interval to 30 seconds, which is the maximum.

I moved the log out of Drobox onto my PC and the problem still arises.

Did you also change the path in JTAlert to the new location of the SQLite file?

Where did you move the file to?

Have you checked the firewall or antivirus settings are not blocking for security reasons.

Are you opening Log4OM etc to 'Run as an administrator'?
