LOTW Confirmations

I am using Log40M version 2.33.0.0.
I am having trouble with logging QSOs for uploading to LOTW. All works well using the default "Requested" confirmations for both for both LOTW sent and LOTW received. I would like to use "No" for both. I have gone to Settings/Program Configuration/User Configuration/Confirmations, selected type as "LOTW" and set both "Sent" and "Rcvd" to "No", clicked on the disc icon and then clicked on the "Save and apply" icon. I have also tried closing and restating Log4OM. But new QSOs are still being shown in the log with "Requested" for "Lotw Sent" and "Lotw Received."
I have searched the user manual multiple times for an answer. I have watched all three videos, the first one many times. I must be missing some obvious detail. Any advice on where I have gone wrong would be appreciated.

Jim,
Just one more setting:
Settings / Configuration / External services / LOTW
Upper right-hand corner be sure to tic the "NO" button and then also 'Save and Apply' and restart Log4OM.
Noted on Page 116 of the current User Guide and I'm pretty sure Terry has mentioned it in one of the 3 You Tube videos he produced on "Confirmations".
I'm also a "NO" user ... just didn't care for the ADIF requirement for using "Requested". Too old fashioned here to change

Thank you very much for responding! Yes, that step is in the manual and the videos. I had already done that but didn't include it in my post.

Jim,
Now that change is a 'going forward' change. So all prior Q's will have the 'Requested' value in place.
Albeit ... you can go to QSL Manager and select the LOTW dropdown and then do bulk changes there from the 'Requested' label to as 'Yes' or 'No' as is appropriate.

Yes, thanks. But I still have the same problem. New QSO are being logged with "Requested" for both sent and received.

Jim,
Are those QSOs coming in via UDP from WSJTx, Gridtracker and/or JTAlert?
If so check settings in those APPs as (if I recall correctly) they have settings there that can also set the Q's as 'Requested', etc..
I'm a CW only operator here and stopped doing the FTxx modes a few years ago.

Yes, as best I recall, they are coming in from WSJT-X via JTAlert and via UDP datagrams. I'll check out those apps. Thanks for the suggestion.
