Is it possible to update the awards at the next release, I have tried 10 times but I can't do it, I still worked according to the manual.

Please explain what exact award you refer to and exactly what you are trying to do

Hi Terry,
I want to update the WWFF, so I downloaded the wwff directory from the webside and converted it to utp-8 file according to the manual and then uploaded it to log4om.

When you inported the new file into the award using the award manager did you use 'Apend'?
