Persistent Window/Panel on L4OM Restart ?

Pls consider adding the ability to have the Cluster Alert Window/Panel to the 'persistent' state on a restart of Log4OM.
I kind of like having that panel open from time to time and having it 'stick' on a Log4OM restart is handy.
