Log4OM

Good morning!

I'm a new user, and I am having an issue uploading to LOTW. When I try, I get this error message:

Signing using Callsign AL1Q, DXCC Entity UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
There is no valid callsign certificate for AL1Q in entity ALASKA available. This QSO cannot be signed on line 9

For some reason, MY_COUNTRY for the upload is set to ALASKA. That's consistent with my callsign, but I have long since moved from Alaska, and my ULS record is current as to my current QTH.

I can't find where in the LOG4OM settings that I might change this field. So I don't know if this a LOG4OM issue, or a LOTW certificate issue.

To be clear, this is a new LOTW certificate, issued in the last week or so; I was on hiatus from seeking QSOs for a couple of years.

Sounds like the offending qso is marked that you were in Alaska, find the qso and edit your location

Use the qso manager and filters

Is there a way to set MY_COUNTRY to default as "United States of America"?

I see that I can update the fields through the "QSO check".
