Does not load callisign info

Greetings
Without having changed any settings and working with MSHV, the callsign information no longer appears automatically when a QSO is established, but it has no problem registering the contact at the end of the QSO "Recent QSO's". I have the providers info section configured and the connection verified. It is not too important, but it is a useful feature that has stopped working for me.
