CAT Control (Hamlib): IC-706mkIIG connects briefly then offline

Hello, all. I recently installed LOG4OM2 on my new shack computer (the old machine died!). In my previous install from a few years ago, I was able to connect to my ICOM IC-706mkIIG with no trouble. I'm having trouble now, though
I'm running LOG4OM2 v2.3.34.0.0 on Windows 11, and using the Hamlib that was installed with LOG4OM2. When I start CAT control, my radio switches back and forth between VFO A & B a few times. The display shows the frequency on VFO A for a bit (this does not update when I turn the radio tuning knob), then after 5~10 seconds it displays OFFLINE. So, it is talking to the radio, but only briefly and then it seems to time out.
I've attached screenshots of my Hamlib settings. If anyone can point me in the right direction here I would greatly appreciate it!
I know that my CI-V cable is good, because it works with N1MM.
