Log4OM

The current Log4OM can only be configured to send email alerts setup through the Alerts Management page. I wanted a way to get Push notifications onto my iPhone screen without having to always check my email. I now use an app called Prowl available from the iPhone app store. You first need to register on https://www.prowlapp.com/. Once registered you will need to generate an API Key in the form of an API Email address. In Log4OM you may then set the API Email as the address for where to deliver your Alerts. Simple to setup and very effective. 73 Peter

We user to include Growl/Prowl support but they stopped working for a long time so we removed the facility.

There is another feature request for a similar service that we might explore

Pushover.net is a great, multi platform notification service.
