Hi all
Any news on the mentioned label developments ?
This was on the agenda like 2 or even 3 years ago, but nothing new....
Is this now somewhere near the top of the "to-do" things ?

There are no plans for change to label print as far as I recall, what exactly are you referring to?

I haver mentioned several times in the past that the labels designed by Log4OM are not practical at all for people who sort cards in the national bureaus.
If and when there is a manager, the manager's call should be MUCH more visible, because this is the call that will indicate the destination country.
Indicating the adif number for the country (whether it is the station callsign or the manager callsign) is totally useless, not to say confusing. It should simply be eliminated from the label.

This was mentioned at least 3 years ago, and I was answered the label was being worked on...
So what is real situation ?

PS I know what I am talking about, I work for the REF incoming bureau, so I know what info I need to immediately see when I handle a card. It must be the same in any other bureau in the world. Very often, the volunteers that sort cards are not even hams, and a country adif code is totally irrelevant to them.

Provide a label design layout that YOU consider acceptable

Something like that... of course it can be adapted, but this is the general idea.
