constant tone

I get a constant tone when I open the program with the IC7300 attached. It seems to be sending a constant PTT to the radio. I use the radio with N1MM+ and SKCC Logger with no problems so I don't think it's the radio set up. I"m using Ver. 2.35.1.0 and have the CW Keyer set to Nothing. I've tried all the diffeent combinations for DTR and RST with no change. I'm using Omnirig and have it set up for the 7300. Please let me know what else you need to help me with this issue.
