LOTW automatic upload / all automatic download

LOTW is limited to auto-upload on program exit only due to request from LOTW (to limit heavy traffic). Would it be possible (and probably still within LOTW request) to upload automatically on long intervals - perhaps predefined and a bit random: say between 4-6h, or something like 6h fixed. It would allow auto upload to LOTW without exiting the program - important for those who have it running 24/7.

Another idea - but applicable to all logging external sites - would it be possible to implement auto-download from selected services? Could be also on long interval basics.
