JTAlert Error

I'm getting to grips with interfacing LOG4OM V2 with WSJT-X and JTAlert and I keep getting an error message that JTAlert is unable to confirm that the QSO is logged, but looking in the 'Recent QSOs' window the QSO has been logged. See attached screenshot.

My setup is as follows:
Windows OS = Windows 10 Pro
Processor and ram type = Intel I5 4GB Ram (I don't know what type as it's not listed under Settings)
Log4OM release number = 2.35.1.0
Release numbers of associated software WSJT-X V2.7.1, JTAlert 2.63.1
Radio make and model = Icom IC-7300 (I also use an IC9700 and I guess the error will be the same when using that radio but I've not tried it)
CAT Interface = USB lead
Cat control type (Hamlib or Omnirig) = Omnirig

It's been spoken about here many times

There is a wsjt/JTALERT menu setting which adjust the time period it waits for confirmation, bump it up to max and issue is resolved

I cant point you to the actual menu because I avoid those modes but users tell me that its there and it works

I found the setting and set it to 30 seconds, but all that happens is that it takes 30 seconds for the error to come up.

It looks like it's an issue with JTAlert so I'll see if I can find a support group for that program.

I think I may have found the problem!

Just in case anyone else has this problem I'll explain what I think I had set up incorrectly.

My PC has two folders one called "LOG4OM" and another called "LOG4OM Files".

I had managed to have two SQLite databases, one in each of the Folders and one was where JTAlert was looking at and the other was where WSJT-X was sending the QSO information to.

did you try increasing the time from 30sec?
