Launch issue

Hi all
I have Log4OM on several computers (all on Win 10 version 2.35.1.0).
On one of them, and this happened suddenly, when I launch the program, it gets stuck and it will not open any log at all (I have several). The top line says "does not respond"and nothing happens.
Should I uninstall and reinstall ?
If so, will I lose all the parameters and logs ?
