Change of email address not accepted

I recently updated to 2-35-1--0 and noticed my email address is incorrect as I changed it some time ago. I see no way to update it so registered again with the new address but obviously the same callsign. I have uninstalled Log4OM and appropriate Appdata. Have even checked Registry and see no references. After reinstall, I see again my old email address and in the application it seems I cannot change it.
Can someone advise a way to deal with this?

Go to: Settings / Configuration / E-mail Settings

Make sure you properly tap "Save and Apply" once you update the values.

This is also noted in the extensive User Guide on Page 89.
