IC-7300 defaults to LSB for CW

OK, I've checked on search and I don't think this has been covered.
Before anyone asks, this has nothing to do with LSB being below 10MHz and USB above, this about the setting in "Function" > "CW Normal Side". This affects which side of the dial setting the CW note appears. So, assuming a 600Hz note, LSB will give a tone 600Hz below the dial setting and USB 600Hz above. If you are listening to a signal you won't notice any difference but the problem happens when you start to try and tune into the signal that you want to receive.
If the Setting is LSB you have to tune down and if USB you tune up. personally, I prefer to have the "CW normal side" set to USB so when I'm tuning I approach the signal from below and tune up. LSB seems counter intuative to me.
Whenever I start, or have to restart, LOG4OM it sets the "CW Normal Side" to LSB and I have to remember to go into "Function" > "CW Normal Side" and reset it.
Is there a setting in the INI start up file that will let me change this so it sets it to USB?
Thanks.
