UPLOAD A N1MM ADIF FILE TO LOG4OM

Post by AH6TX »

I just completed a contest using N1MM. How do I upload the ADIF file correctly.

Thanks

Howard,

I'll assume that you have updated to V 2.6.1.0 of Log4OM and that you have also forced a download of the "current" User Guide.

That being the case ... take a gander at Page 17 of the "current" User Guide where it discusses ADIF Import and goes over the "merge" function you are asking about.

Better still next time use the N1MM interface we provide for direct real time logging - Again see user guide

Not sure where you found a n1mm direct configuration with LOG4om. Please advise the pages you found that info.

Thanks

Try reading the latest user guide, it has a section specifically about this.

The guide should ALWAYS be the first place you go for answers!

Howard,

Make sure you have downloaded the "current" User Guide. N1MM has its own very visible listing in the Index of the UG. Check there and then also Page 164.

BTW - the UG is completely searchable in Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader.

Thanks for the info. I just realized by pulling up the user guide from your HELP area where I connect with the forum that the guide is out of date. I then went to google and pulled up the most recent guide. Now I see why I didn't find the N1MM program information.

Thanks again

Howard,

I posted an FAQ about keeping the User Guide current back on March 30th. Below is the link to that FAQ that tells you how to bring down the "current" User Guide.

It appears the FAQs are getting the attention they deserve.

https://forum.log4om.com/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=5117

The one click for the User Guide under Help brings up a copy of the last one you did the force download for. The other option is to "force" the download of an updated UG.
