Ft 710 Question

I bought an FT-710 and after a lot of effort I have it nearly working with wsjt-x. I have trouble with auto sequence (if that is what it is called)? If I send CQ and no one answers it does not send another CQ. Same if someone answers me it does not automatically respond, the sequence ends. Any thoughts to fix this?
