Re: JTalert and Log4OM version 2

Quick question. Page 136 of the instructions show that in WSJT settings the UDP server port is set to 2333. Also on the same page, the UDP_INBOUND, JT_MESSAGE connector in L4OM2 is unchecked. Is this correct?

Import User config?

Hello,

Is there a way to import a user configuration? I found the json file in the backup directory from my first PC and would like to use the exact same config in the new PC. Unfortunately I could not find a similar json file in the new one to overwrite.

Thanks!

Re: JTalert and Log4OM version 2

Can you customize an indication for a wanted station (state, DXCC, etc...) similar to JTAlert?

Also, this seems like an exciting feature! Can't wait to see the full WSJT-X integration features (and the Fldigi integration as well).

Re: Windows 10 IoT core

Ok, thank you for your reply!

I may end up buying a mini fanless PC (with Windows 10 pro) to run all of my radio software. Trying to get as portable as possible!

Thanks again,

Windows 10 IoT core

Hello,

Has anyone tried running L4OM on a Raspberry Pi running the Windows 10 IoT core? Do any of the devs know if this would work?

Thanks!

Re: Icom 7300 and cat control

Sorry, I meant Rig control under fldigi's configure menu. But, I think I'm seeing some progress... I'm working on the software remotely with my radio turned off. Will have to wait to see once everything is up and running at home. Incidentally, how did you enable the VFO display in your FLDigi integr...

Re: Icom 7300 and cat control

Indeed. I was able to enable the FLDigi interface, set "send freq to FlDig", set "Read freq/tx from FlDigi" and pointed to the logbook.adi file. Opened the Fldigi IO config and verified that the UDP/IP is checked as well as the XML IP is 127.0.0.1 (the instructions on pg 192 reads 17.0.0.1) and port...

Re: Icom 7300 and cat control

FLDigi communicates with Log4OM using the XML/RPC system and logs direct to the Log4OM database as described in the Log4OM user guide and our YouTube tutorials. All four programs can run simultaneously if I wanted to Hi Terry, thank you for all of your very helpful documentation / videos with Log4O...
