Here is the IARU Region 2 bandplan. However, the US bandplan is different. Not sure which you want. The US allocation does not include 220.000 through 222.000 anymore, but in quite a few region 2 countries, 220-222 is still allocated for amateur. Also, the US now has an amateur allocation at 219-220 ...
