Since my last post on this topic, I finally decided it was an issue in Log4OM due to me having to reload everything when forced into Windows 11.

After much frustration and trying a lot of things.. I found this to fix the problem:
1. Open QSL Manager
2. Select a date range, in my case I used the ...

So I found that for example more than 8, 15.. I have saved a bunch!

And I go through the steps, and after I get the pop-up to send to LTOW, instead of 15 it shows I have 576 to send. I don't know where to clear the counter that is accumulating the amount of QSO to send to LTOW ...

Thanks Terry for trying, but redoing the info for TQSL in the program settings has not helped.
I can send less but not more than 8 at a time.
