Why change it?
ITU Heaquarters is its own DXCC entity and Log4OM has it correct, see DXCC list extract below

Delete unwanted label deffinitions in the C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2\labels folder

You cant turn it off but you can have the square updated to that in eQSL - Program Config/External services/eqsl - Check relevent box

windows 11 unfortunately
I have 3 PC's running win 11 and have no issues with any programs including a resources hungry CNC software.
the last time i used it it worked absolutely fine with chrome open ...

What version of windows are you using?
Did you let Log4OM install to the default locations?
Chrome sometimes causes issues with other software, I had to remove it to be able to run Da Vinci Resolve because Chrome is always working in the background even when the program is closed. Edge ...

Will do on the bulk change. Why does it get marked as REQUESTED when it has been sent? I do regularly download LOTW via the QSL Manager. Thanks for your help.
