Make sure you have the same UDP port selected between PSTRotator and Log4OM2, as well as "Tracking" turned on in PSTRotator.
It works fine here.

If you are referring to this overlay map in PSTRotator Then I created the map by using a programme called Aziworld by F6DQM. You should be able to quickly find it by searching the web. Save the map as Azimuthal.bmp and place this file in the folder \PSTRotatorAz\Maps\

Is your PST and Log4OM running on the same Computer ?

Is there a more detailed setup instruction for setting up PSTRotor I cannot figure out how to enter information or select it, to "fill in" the UDP outbound Connections box.

Sorry...finally figured it out.
