I went through filled all the tabs properly according to a fellow ham who is using this program without any problems. The problem I am having is that when I enter a call into the call box I do not get the operators name and the distance and locator are wrong. For the lookup I am using HAMQTH. I checked that off when I set the program up and used the correct password. Is there something that I missed when I set the program up? I would most appreciate any help I could get with this problem. Thank you, Syd ka1anw(at)yahoo.com

Syd
First of all never put your email on a web page unless you use (at) instead of @ its a sure way to pick up a virus - I have edited you post for you.

Now to lookup

It's important that you use the same case when entering your user name and password for HamQTH as you registered with HamQTH

Did you check that the calls you are looking up actually have the name, locator etc on the HamQTH website not all are included

I have deleted all of your duplicate entries of this post

Hi Syd
can you check if the "radio button" is placed near HAMQTH selection, in SETTINGS form?
Usually this is forgot as "no external sources" also when users set the correct user password for the service.
