LOTW Upload problem on new Computer

I have a new windows computer on W7 professional. I obtained a new TQ6 certificate which seems to have been uploaded correctly. When I upload to LOTW, I get the following error: The selected station location could not be found. (Syntax error 10).
What do I need to do to fix this please?

In the TQSL program you need to enter the station location usually HOME once you do that you should be good to go.

Unfortunately, I had done that already.
In the setup under 'external logs", I have tqsl.exe selected. under "Temporary path", I have my log selected. Is this correct?

No Art, not your log but just a temp path where the TQSL file will be built before the upload to LOTW. Any place will do.
