Time Highlighting

On page 59 of the user manual it states that the time in the most left column in RED indicates that the station is a LOTW user. However, on the cluster page F9 there is a check box for LOTW users.
When I check that box all of the times change to RED. So what is the difference?

Hi Andy,

That check box means - Set filter to display only "LotW users", so naturally all remaining spots will have their time in red.
